You can always get chickens - they'll eat everything that you don't (well, nearly)
  • Hi, was wondering why you're wanting to freeze potatoes?

Hi, thanks for your reply! I just wanted to know if I can pre-prepare them. I hate peeling and chopping pots and we have them ALL the time
So was wondering if I could peel a batch and chop them, them put them in freezer bags either raw or blanched (one portion per bag) ready for me to throw in a pan of boing water :D I'm such a lazy cook and thought that this may be a way of saving time (and effort!).

Do you think this would be ok?
