My divorce is due next week....i am getting phonecalls/letters from debt recovery firms chasing loans in my wifes name.Do i have to give them her address/phone number?

    If the debts aren't joint or have you as guarantor then just explain you've seperated and give them the forwarding details. I still get calls for my exhusband but if you aren't liable for the debt don't worry about it.

    Up to you really, if you give them forwarding details it's less likely they'll think you're covering up for her and so they'd continue to hound you. You don't have to tell them anything though, could just say she's no longer at this address but like I say, forwarding details will stop them continually calling you.
