A little question...

I am starting my DMP with CCCS next month.
MBNA / Virgin are bombarding me with phone calls both on my mobile number and work land line. They only have these numbers by tracing where I have called them from, I have never given them the numbers.
So far I have ignored the calls but would you suggest its best to answer and speak with them? They have had all the letters from me and from CCCS but still call at least 5 times per day on each phone.
Thanks

DON'T EVER CALL THEM!!!!!
That is precisely what they want you to do so they can try to pressure and intimidate you into doing what they want you to do.
The best thing to do is to send them the telephone harrasment letter you can find in the UNENFORCABILITY & TEMPLATE LETTERS THREAD. Look for post #7, template #13.5 (I think, my memory isn't all i wish it could be).
Send it recorded delivery & print your name.
In the meantime either ignore them.LBM:FEB 2008

See post #4 in the thread containing template letters - send MBNA this letter, adapted as necessary.
