Thank OP for the info, its all a bit quiet on the bargains at Boots lately but all you Bootsers have such keen eyes for a bargain I knew it wouldnt be long before there was another. :T

We NEVER have bargains do we??!! Poole/Bournemouth/Branksome are rubbbbish! All I ever see on the clearance shelf is leaky self tan and eyeshadow in a thousand bits!

Poole is not usually very good. I have had more luck with little Boots along the way between Poole and Bournemouth. Branksome is a bit better, but I hardly venture to Bournemouth. Trouble is sometimes the SELs aren't changed and a bargain can be staring you right in the face and you dont realise until some other kind Bootser lets you know here!!

Love my Bargains had some luck with some Ted Baker bags last week in Poole. There were loads the day I went but I still thought not reduced enough for me , day later LMB picked them up 75% off. I did have another look day after but as I couldnt get there until the evening they were all gone.

Will make sure I let you know if I see any S & G bags tomorrow!

Hi LMB and Lisaberry, I went to Branksome store today no vanity bags, and Switz bags scanned at £12.

Would have ventured into Poole if I could have found a free parking space for half hour as dropped off youngest DD earlier but I didnt need anything in town myself. Would not have been very MSE to have paid parking and come home with nothing! :eek:

Did either of you venture out in rain? BTW clearance shelves quite full at Branksome. Lots of Veet products in green packaging, No7 Opulence Eyeshadows £6.50, No17 false eyelashes £1.50, old No7 mens GWP, L'Aimant products, Nivea lotions, some tights, the usual sun tan lotion! Bit difficult to remember everything but shelves full.

I came out with nothing too, I think the same as you that it was a one off in OPs store.

Guess nothing took your fancy on the clearance shelf either. Had decided I definitely wanted to try the S&G body wash that I had seen in Poole last week but they only had the shower gel. :mad:

Wont be going again until next week now but will let you know if I see anything worthwhile.
