Last august 2009 i sent a letter [recorded delivery ] to a.i.c requesting a cca in which i enclosed the £1. I received a reply about 10 days later saying that they would endevour to comply with the request but could take longer than the stipulated time scale. I had no further contact with them untill last week 2010 when i received the same standard letter from a.i.c with the same demands.
question, do i ignore this letter, or reply to it??? .during this period i have continued to pay the agreed monthlt amount to lloyds collection service.---any advice would be most helpful.

Is this debt already recorded on your credit record as defaulted?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
It depends on what you want to do.
Is the loan/card taken out before April 2007?
Are you doing the CCA route so you can stop paying (note this will damage your credit file for 6 years as they will default you and mark it with missed payments)
