Note that this one isn't rechargeable though.

If people would prefer a silver, but full size, wireless mouse, use quickcode: 109540.

    £3.99 including VAT.

No free shipping though so £6.57 in total. This one does qualify for free shipping and is £5.84.

Thanks OP. Mine has arrived. Not a bad bit of kit. Not fantastic, but for £4 for a rechargeable optical wireless mouse you just cannot complain at this. Nice shiny red too.

That's hardly a lot of money though is it?

    It's still a bargain at £6!

  • My mouse came today, but I cannot get it to work!
Plugged it into the back of the laptop to charge the battery, as ordered, but the laptop kept going into powersave mode, which cut power to the USB port. So, plugged it into USB port on main computer and was relieved to see red light on mouse on all day. After more than 10 hours, took it out of recharge mode, but clearly the battery had no charge in it, since no red light on mouse. Found one of my own AAA batteries, put that in and voila! red light. So mouse appears to be working!
Put antenna back into laptop, loaded drivers successfully, but mouse would not work with laptop. Am I being thick? Do I have to disable the touchpad?
Loaded the drivers onto a PC. Same thing happened: computer could identify hardware, installed drivers, but mouse didn't work. Anybody know why not? Do I have to tweak a switch, adjust something on the laptop? Looked at the programme on the computer, looked in my computer, etc, but nothing obvious.
    Is this a dud?

I just used a rechargeable I had to hand. Think I'll charge the supplied one via my own charger and forget the USB charge bit, it isn't that practical.

Windows installed the drivers for me and I didn't have to disable the touchpad. Have you changed the channel? I plugged the receiver in and pressed the little button on the receiver until it flashed. Then I pressed the "connect" button on the underside of the mouse until the green light became solid. The mouse worked after this.

Got mine today too, using it now. The buttons on the LHS take me Back and Forward using IE, I didn't have to configure them, just found out after testing them.
