losing job & in a dmp

hi all,
through no fault of mt own i wil be losing my job in th next few weeks, i have already applied for loads , but my problem is...............i have a dmp with churchwood, £280.00 a month, i will not be able to pay once my job goes, does anyone know, where i stand ie missed payments to creditors etc. i am in a panic over this and just want to curl up and go to sleep. by the way have found out i wil not be entitled to any pay off as such, and as i have a partner i am not entitled to any benfits. any help/ advice wouls be greatly appricated.we are mortaged and due to my stupidity cannot get a consoladation of any kind, or credit. writting all this makes me feel terrible about my debt

    omg, contact one of the debt charitys ASAP, and see if they can take over your DMP, for one they will not charge you a penny a month to mange your DMP for you, and also with the nature of a DMP they can be adjusted to take into account cercumstance changes

    so contact CCCS, CAB National debtline or Payplan ASAP honestly they do exactly the same as the one you are paying for for FREE instantly saving you money
    Drop a brand challenge
    on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
    30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

    hi, yes Churchwood do take a fee, when i spoke to them they were not very helpful, stating i had signed up with them etc, thanks for the advice i really appreciate, peopel not being judgemental. xxxx:(

    not being funny but even more reason to dump them! i really do think you would be much better with one of the debt charities,

    and do not worry you find very few people who will judge (any that do you just need to ignor) everyone who is on this board is on it becuase they have been in or are currently in debt and need help and support to get rid of it
