    Hi,
I am new to this. Even if you could find an online course, as others have said, it would be best that you get involved with a school in order to get the practical experience. I have done the NVQ level 2 and BTec Level 3 TA courses, and both courses required classroom interactions and assignments. If you go to your local FE college they may have information on how you can get help with finances. However, you may not have to pay for most Level 2 courses. You will have to find out info locally.

If your course is at an FE college you may get a student card but it is not necessarily an NUS card. The college that I went to the student card allowed access to college facilities such as library, computers etc. An added bonus, this card was acceptable in some shops offering student discounts.
    Hope this helps.

NUS cards are available to all who are students at our FE college. Full time and part time ;)

Only full level 2 courses are funded - the literacy and numeracy courses are free.
