unauthorised payment to TalkTalk taken me overdrawn - can i demand IMMEDIATE reclaim?

i recently changed to TalkTalk from Tiscali in Dec 2009 and had nothing but trouble since day one! Since Dec ive paid them £156 (in 12 weeks) and i only used £8.53 of calls (of which £7.40 was complaints to them), i went 5 weeks in Jan/Feb with no broadband (but still got charged)....
NOW yesterday i got took a connection fee of £29.99 taken out my bank when i was told (and have it in writing) numerous times i wouldn't get charged a connection fee. They didn't even say they'd take it out then put it back in again the following month (which apparantly is what is now gonna happen). I don't think they should be allowed to take money unauthorised. I am now overdrawn and have a VERY important bill coming out tomoro which probably wont go through now because i'll be overdrawn (the bill which has to be paid tomoro is for my son to be a mascot at Tottenham on his birthday in 4 weeks - he's been on the waiting list for 2 years and i can't believe all because of TalkTalk his dream birthday is going to be ruined)..........
They say they cannot give me reimbursement until next month, but this is MY money and i DESPERATELY need it back in today or tomorrow. I am a single mother trying to work and pay bills and have been in tears on numerous occasions after being messed about by both Tiscali and TalkTalk in the last 3 months.....but this is the last straw........does anyone know if TalkTalk CAN (or has to) reimburse me straight away or am i fighting a losing battle??? P.S. my mum went over to TalkTalk a month before i did on same package, etc and she hasn't had to pay any connection fee's whatsoever.............

Direct Debit Guarantee. Phone bank. Tell them you want to claim under it. Problem solved.

"If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by (insert your organisation name) or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society."
