Went to Morrisons today with a list of the best offers-thanks to posters on here and the other morrisons thread.
When we got there the pepsi and pringles were stacked up as per, but although the pepsi had the offer signs on there wasn't any on the pringles. Anyway put the cans in as per the offer and carried on.

Loads of good offers including a new buy 1 get 2 free-on the kellys ice cream mmm.

Got to the tills, problem with pringles. Girl on counter was confused as they were under the impression it started today-called for manager.

She basically said there is a nationwide problem and the tills have not yet got the offer on. Initially she said they couldn't process them at all and she was sorry but the offer terms do allow them leeway if there is an issue. Hubby said he felt it wasn't good enough and couldn't they do some kind on manual adjustment. In the end they put one through and didn't scan the other 2, but the manager did say it was a special favour and she wouldn't do it again for us.

The manager was very nice and apologetic and said they are hoping to get it sorted by midnight tonight. So just forwarning anyone who was making a special trip. Don't know if Morrisons employee has any gen on this? Is the kellys offer extra because of problems?

Not happy.
Went into Morries today and loads of the offers labels were turned round. When I asked why, I was told the computer wasn't recognising them so they had turned them round so the products weren't advertised in store.
Salmon was one of those so I came away with none.
Pepsi works though!

Had same problem - but customer service was doing the refunds - no problem - they said it should all be fixed by 3pm

rechecked reciept and the kellys offer has only gone through at the £1.50 a tub as per Morrisons employee's post so not happy. The sign was definately up to say buy 1 get 2 free over the freezer . Plus its on the website as well.

Fairy liquid said 2 for £2 on the shelf which hasn't gone through either. Same for the philiidelphia and the philli is on the website.

Mind you good news is two new offers not on the earlier list-buy 1 get 2 free on the BM turkey burgers and the bisto best offer (2 for £2 i think) went through.

Hubby a bit peeved by the whole thing and is going back to complain-I would have just thought it was my own fault for not checking before we left the store, but baby was crying and toddler wanted her lunch so it was the last thing on my mind. Hubby is one of those who enjoys complaining lol.

Shame Morrisons don't do DTD like Tesco! They'd have lost hundreds of £££'s by now

All this suggests they have had a major issue with the tills updating with the new offers across the board.

kellys buy one get two free did end on sunday 14th nov.
it was only the old system which does not update automatically, all storeline stores like our store updated fine all should be sorted out now!
