Thanks OP Just had 3 emails through with Vouchers to claim my boxes....Trouble is dare I go in and claim three boxes!! Feel really greedy and bet they won't give me them! What to do?

I tried with 3 but was only allowed one box . one of my vochers lasts a bit longer so will head back on saturday to try for another but a real shame I couldn't claim them all.

What are the dates on them and are they all the same names? I think it depends on who's serving. First time, the girl seemed happy to hand out several of the 'freebies' when mistaking the vouchers...(I had won a full size and also my daughter, but we came away with a freebie each and the wins)...today, my daughter went in to collect a win and came away with just a freebie as the assistant hadn't read the coupon, but I went back and got the win!! Sorry, this is lengthy.

I took 3 vouchers in today and was told I could only have one box. Actually the T&Cs are a little unclear - one the web it says you can claim one box per competition win - but on the voucher it says one box per person...although one of my vouchers was slightly different and said one box per person, per voucher.

I agree it depends who is serving, but just go back another day within the time limit.

Bit annoying though, esp as the boxes are so tiny anyway!! I just reread your last line - looks like I got the freebie, not the win!

Will definitely make sure that is rectified on the next two vouchers lol!!!!

I took my three vouchers in to the shop yesterday, the shop assistant did say it was only one box per person, but I pointed out that on one of the vouchers it stated 'one box per person, per voucher' and she then seemed fairly happy to give me all three boxes!
They are sooooooooooooo yummy too..........thanks again Ruby:T

Collected one pack the other day, no problems, won two more yesterday, went to collect, was tutted at, offered freebies instead of 200g box, then told that they were a card and gift shop really, although they have Thorntons as their Shop sign! Then told only one per person, pointed out that it was one per person per voucher, she then told me that they had been told one per person only, she then checked stock, none in! Ever felt guilty about winning a comp?
