bankrupt and seperation

hi i was wondering if anybody can advise. i was made bankrupt in january 2009 and discarged in june 2009. they didnt take the house off us because it had no equity in it. we have to wait until january 2012 until the house is officially ours again. recently myself and my wife have seperated and i have moved back to my parents. i am just wondering if this changes anything with the house. i really dont want my wife to loose it as we have 2 children there and that is there home. i have agrred to pay the morgage and bills for her but i believe she may be able to claim child tax credits but she wont apply until we no if the house is safe. any advice would be most welcome
regards
richard

    Hi Richard & welcome.

Sorry to hear about your situation. If you have an IPA after BR then please let the OR now any changes to your expenditure as it will impact on the amount you pay. In respect of the house...you are discharged now & the house is still the family home so I am sure it will be unaffected in the same way as if you were still living there.
