No spend day today, brought lunch in to work and myself and the OH are driving home to our folks tonight - we have 3/4's a tank of petrol so no cash there. I even remembered to freeze some bottled water for the journey!

It is payday though, and my expected bonus was h-i-d-e-o-u-s-l-y taxed, NI'd, Student Loaned and they upped my pension contribution, making my £500 windfall £228... am preparing myself for lots of NSD's this month to keep ontrack with my intended debt clearing. Wish me luck with the disclipline!

No spend yesterday or today at all... but we're going to a movie later to see Superman... will use my free Pigsback Odeon Vouchers and buy one bag of popcorn (the lovely crunchy toffee ones, so bad, but oh so good)...

Nothing today. Especially after I had to pay for car hire yesterday, but got no car, because I forgot to take my driving licence with me. What an expensive mistake.

I have spent £5 on lunch with a friend. Wasn't meant to but I am so hungover that I needed something more filling than a sandwich. On the other hand I feel so bad I am staying in tonight, saving a few £££.

Will probably spend quite a bit tonight as I'm going into town with my wife to celebrate her passing her driving test yesterday. She's gone from someone who was adamant she could never drive, to someone who was chomping at the bit to get behind the wheel. Failed her first test last month, passed it second time.

Now I have to face the terror of being in the passenger seat...
