Not for me it doesn't. But i've never used them before...so that could be the reason. Either that or very bad luck.

Please, how does a non-business buyer take advantage of their offers?

how would they know you're a non business user? You could be self employed and not have a trading name. I order for the business but under my name and address so I can use my credit card and they have never queried it.
