ok ill explain this in a way that makes sense.... hopefully!!
i have mentioned in a previous thread that my son has now come to live with me, but my daughter has remained with her mother, this i guess now makes me a PWC and a NRP.
i have been paying CS vis the CSA with the assessment worked out on the old rules, i understand that if i now apply for CS from her then the case will move to the new rules but phasing will apply.?
My question is if i apply for CS and then become PWC, on paper, would i be able to ask for the case to be closed or would i have no control over the element of the claim involving my daughter?

You will have no control over the claim regarding your daughter as you are not the PWC of her.*SIGH*
