I didn't receive a code last time I ordered a John Lewis voucher (although have ordered others in the past and always got a code), but it arrived with no problems. Not sure of the reason, but as it didn't affect the outcome, I decided not to worry about it!;)

Don't know whether it would work, but you could try copying the page by doing a screen grab. Click the key 'Prt Sc' placed at the top right of the keyboard, open a Word document, and paste. Then try to print.

Not sure whether it would work, but worth a try.
