I am really disappointed with pigsback. i made my first purchases through them for some office supplies(Euroffice) and a 3 mbile phone. I am now in correspondence with them trying to get my points. 5000 for the phone and 15% discount and points from Euroffice. I feel like I've been conned, surely the system should work better than this!

Hi. I've lost touch with the thread a bit. Can anyone tell me roughly how long it is taking for vouchers to come? When I ordered my Boots ones earlier this year they cam within 2 or 3 days. My son ordered 2 John Lewis ones just over a week ago and has heard nothing. Is this now the norm? Do you end up having to email them? While I'm on I must thank all the kind people who put the anwers and tips on all the time. You are brill!

suzie: they say it can take up to 14 working days, I'd leave it for that before contacting them. It's taking about a week or so for vouchers to arrive now I think.

apologies if this has been on before but saw this for a free 6" subway sandwich when you buy a footlang and a drink (not as good as I first thought...)
