I've just ordered a Boots voucher and I didn't receive a text message with a code like I have before, has the reward claiming process changed?

Yes, normally it's just for your first reward to validate your account.
For some reason, they had it on to validate everytime you wanted a reward but it's gone back to as before now.

COME ON PETE....I've got a lot at stake here....
