not sure what you mean, I cant even get to the image of the voucher. When I press the print voucher button it just refreshes that page, I never get near the actual voucher.

try holding the CTRL button down when you click the print voucher button this worked for me and a few others I know

She means that she's taken a screenshot or something of it so she has an image (that can be printed) on her pc as a file that she could possibly send.
