I just emailed them right after I placed the order (it does say you have to do it within a week).

I went to use my Subway voucher today, and just my luck, the guy didn't know about the deal and didn't want it, he asked me to wait till his manager had got back from his break, as they post up all current vouchers on a board, and the pigsback one wasn't on it.

Manager came back and let me use the voucher no worries, so got there in the end!
