Anyone got a sample letter for the next step?
Sent my letters 6 weeks ago and none of them have actually acknowledged the letter (so am sending again?!) apart from this one that says the payment is too low.....
Going to court on 8th April though

Hello mum2b, I'd leave it now with April nearly round the corner. The letters never seem to get through, you'll just go round and round otherwise and to be frank a waste of money on stamps!

I sent letters offering lower payments and I still ended up having to speak to each one on the phone.
As wishes says if your court date is April then save your stamp money

We just stopped paying in December and only in the last couple of weeks have we started to have letters - changed our phone numbers as didnt want the calls they are harder to ignore lol!!! Anyway we went br on Wednesday so I would just sit it out.
