Just got one at ELC at Fort Kinnaird for £3.50, I don't know if it's available at all branches, but I checked the website and they are still £18 on there. They had lots of them though.
Also Adams at Fort Kinnaird is closing down, so 70% off what's left, but not much stock.
Oh, and if you happen to be at Fort Kinnaird, the O2 shop are giving out the free bottled water and ice pops to passers by.
