I'm assuming that by satellite you mean SKY. What's the chances of grouping your phone line, broadband and Sky together, will that reduce things? Also, is the £28 on satellite for the most basic viewing package, can you not reduce it?
I'm not up on sky myself, we got rid of that five years ago, just wish I'd had my light bulb moment then too!

I've got my life assurance included in my mortgage payments along with my house and contents insurance and I pay about an extra £20pm for all of these on top of the mortgage. My mortgage is with Abbey so it may be worth giving them a call to see if they would do something similar for you?Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
