Got three trees with JOE58 and two roses with Fun 58.

Looks like we got different prizes. Anyone else got our numbers?

    My codes are:
    FUN51 for the two apples
    JOE51 for the three aeroplanes.

Perhaps the symbols and the end number don't matter and it is just the fact that we all have codes beginning with either JOE or FUN that determine the prize won, meaning we all have the same.

These kind of holidays are usually with timeshare companies and involve paying for your own flights and then spending a morning or afternoon of your holiday listening to a long spiel where they try to sell you one of the properties (you HAVE to go to the presentation). I know someone who has taken one of these holidays and really enjoyed it as the accommodation was really nice. They went prepared for the hard sell and just said they weren't interested whenever they were asked. If you can deal with that and can get reasonably priced flights then it is a cheap holiday, but not really the free holiday that it makes you think of when it tells you that you have won.
    HTH (hope that helps!)

I got two apples with code "FUN 58" and three aeroplanes with code "JOE 58" I assume our prizes are the same even though the symbols are different.
I wonder what the prizes are ;)

    Be warned

Links to a guardian story about this company's methods...admittedly it's for free cruises won in 2005, but their method seems unchanged.

Extract: trip of a lifetime goes something like this. She must make her own way from Somerset to Glasgow, fly from there to Toronto, wait four hours, take a flight to New York, wait 17 hours at La Guardia airport, make her own way to the city and embark on an unnamed ship for a cruise, destination unknown, before returning by the same route a week later. Mr Staveacre is to fly from Bristol to Newark, a week earlier, catch a connecting flight to Baltimore and from there to Miami where he must wait 14 hours and then get himself to an unspecified dock for a boat to a mystery destination. "Tempting, isn't it?" he says. Furthermore, they must each pay £599 if, having accepted this alluring package, they decide to cancel, and yet Promo Travel and Let's Go, travel companies that organise the trip on behalf of Creative, can withdraw at any time. They will each be contacted some time on the day before their departure to confirm the holiday; if no one phones, the whole thing is off and they must wait for another deal."The people behind this must have spent days working out this elaborate scheme to make the 'free' cruise so unappealing that only those desperate for adventure will take it up," says Staveacre. "Since this was the only prize offered by the competition, their profit margin must be terrific - thousands of £6 premium-rate phone calls and hardly any prizes to pay for."

Further Extract: Promo Travel, which books the holidays won by scratch card scratchers, admits it buys trips that travel agents can't sell and therefore can't confirm that winners will travel until the last minute.

It's sad but true that the company is NOT breaking the law. A free holiday is what you get, but it won't be on your terms.
