We have finally gone and done it!!!

After a couple of false starts, at 9.30am this morning both me and hubby were declared bankrupt. It was quite a painless and fast exercise, appt at 9.00am after going through papers and taking our cash, up to the judge who didnt even want to see us. After a brief word with the or's office who confirmed that they had no interest in our cashminder account and said they would send the co-op a letter confirming this, home in the house with a tea and coffee for 11am.:j

Rang Co-OP after a fish and chip lunch spoke to a nice lady on the phone and advised of our new status, she said thats fine, ill just note it as the account is br friendly and thats it, when i asked if the account will be blocked etc she said no.

Just waiting for our or interview within the next 10 days.

I dont feel any different to than i did this morning and when we got in just carried on as normal - dont know how i was expecting to feel!!

Thanks to everyone on here for all their advice and help over the last couple of months, much appreciated.:)
