Letter in the post

Hi All

I have received a letter off the OR office today noting they intend to apply to the secretary of state for business, innovation and skills for his release as my trustee.

In simple terms what does this mean? where does it mean I am now in the BKO cycle (Iwent BKO end of dec 2009)

Thanks

doesnt mean discharge, bottom of letter says if ot already discharged, my release as trustee will have no effect upon the date of your discharge from the BKO.

but does it mean the 1st bit you say and they are done with my case and now just have to wait for AD?

yep means they have finished with the assets and liabilities part (thats what the trustee does) it doent neccessarily mean they have finished the investigation part but they probably have, just waiting for discharge now be that ED or AD

not really apart from asking, they may or may not tell you, they dont like to tie themselves down in case anything comes up later
