Pay rise: How much should I ask for?

I'm working for a company through a job agency on a "temporary" position for 3 months. Now over 2 years later I am still with the same company with many more responsibilities.
On £7.5 an hr / £14,625 yearly I am performing tasks ranging from data entry to packing boxes, shipping invoicing, customer advisor/focal duties. My salary has stayed the same since I joined the company.
I called my agency and they agree I have been working there for too long and they say they are in talks with my HR department regarding my position and to organise a pay review in person.
What sort of pay rise should I ask for? My agency has asked as they are interested in knowing so they can "aim for a benchmark"

Surely you work with other people doing a similar job? Isn't their salary a benchmark?0 -
If you are going through an agency they are probably paying the agency about £9ish per hour for you - this may mean they are reluctant to increase what they are already paying.

I'd agree, go permanent at the company. I was in a similar position several years ago and when I went permanent my pay increased.Aiming to pay off £50,312.94 in less than 3 years - Starting from December 2015
Current debt total: £32,756.02 (as of 1st March 2018)
