Completing form 6.28 - SOA

Hi
I have had my first look at the official SOA form (6.28) on the Insolvency Service website and I have a number of queries about what I should put down. I hope someone can advise. Using the numbers as found on the form:
Section 3.1
8. Fixtures and Fittings - I assume this is to do household items such as furniture, clothes, electronics, etc. Exactly what / how much detail should I put here?
9. Freehold land and property - would I mention my house here (I know there is a space further along the form where I give details of the house)
14 Motor Vehicles / 3.7 Do you own a motor vehicle - my wife is the owner/registered keeper of our 1 car (worth less than £2000). Would I put details of the car here as if I am owner, or in 3.9 where it asks if I have use of a car someone else owns?
3.2 Do you have or have you had any endowment or other life policies? - I have joint mortgage protection (life) insurance as well as a level term insurance policy in my own name. Neither have any surrender value or sum payable at the end of the term (unless I die of course). Should I include these here?
6.6 Do you receive any other income, including state benefits or tax credits? - my wife receives the standard child benefit for 1 child (£20 per week I think) plus up to now she has also been paid child tax credits (about £45 per month). Would I include those here or under the "contributions of other members of the household" section?
10.1 Give the names and ages of all occupants of your household and state which, if any, are dependent on you - I have 2 children from a previous marriage (14 & 16) who live with me 3 days per week. I assume I would include that here?

Thanks as always!
