Just wondering peoples views of this as l don't want to give them my contact numbers and they appear to be ignoring letters.
Are there any pitfalls in giving these people your email address?

Hi
Set up a new email address and use it for contacting creditors only rather than using the one you already have. I have done this without a problem TBH most don't even bother to reply, but at least you can see that your email has been read. Keep a copy of every email you send and receive.DMP mutual support thread member:3270
