Valentines Gift Box - Won But Still Not Received

:mad: I still haven't received my Valentines Gift Box from the Total competition, they're coming up with all sorts of lies, even reckon they've got a signature, lets see, how maddening. I really wish they had not even sent me an email to say I'd won and then all this pretence.
Just felt like a moan, hopefully they'll sort it out eventually, and I don't think I'll bother entering any more of their coms :mad:

i know the feeling as i won a prize at the start of feb and now the company say they have no idea which games i won. fingers crossed you get it sorted and recive your lovely prize x :j First prizes back into comping after a break - romantic break to 2 to Venice/ Paris or Rome with romantic trip and a 42 inch TV and blu Ray amazing !

After several emails etc they finally have copy of signature and it was signed for by a company. They have offered £30 Boots vouchers instead and I have accepted. Hopefully good old Royal Mail won't let me down and I can get myself something nice in Boots eh #StaySafeWishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year0
