Hi I have been posting on here regarding my partner and myself going BR but I was just wondering if both of us would have to do it or if I could do it and take all of the joint debt with me leaving my partner their unsecured debt to pay.
We have a joint morgage and secured loan (but now have rented accom set up and will be gving the house up) and overdraft but the other debts are seperate and also total approx £2000 for myself and £1400 for my partner.
Just want to make sure we have asked all of the questions.
