I have just noticed on my bank statement that LOVEFILM.Co.uk withdrew £13.97 for my dvd membership which I cancelled about 4 months ago on 25th July.
I'll start from the begining, I cancelled this membership a few months after the trial ended and they kept billing me to my home address saying they were unable to take the money from my account. I left it for a while and recieved a letter from a debt agency, so rang them about it and they said the case had been sent back to LOVEFILM. I thought that they had finally realised I had cancelled my membership and that was that, Now I have just noticed they took £13.97 out and as you can imagine, im not a happy bunny. So i would like to recieve this back. Can anyone advise me on what to say and do please?
