Just to mention here that I discussed F&F with a DMP advisor at CCCS who said that, in her experience, F&Fs below 70% weren't being accepted at the moment by many creditors. She was right as well, because Citibank wouldn't accept a penny less than 70%, and HSBC wouldn't play ball at all but again, she said that was quite usual for HSBC.

That's just her opinion/experience, (please don't shoot the messenger if you've had a different experience ;)) but thought I'd pass it on.

Hi Everyone, i sent a letter to debt managers last week offering them 650.00 as a full and final settlemt forf £1992.52 debt, tehy have written back saying they will only accept £1394.06. I havent got this amount to offer them. Im on maternity leave so money is tight anyways.

They also write that they wont offer it as full and final.

Where do i go from here?

    Thanks Emma

Your money could be better spent in a baby account paying for nappies etc than giving that much to those sharks...

keep paying tiny amounts if they wont play ball..
