Bangkok Flights

Hi Guys,

Need a little help booking flights to Bangkok - im trying to find the best flight price whether it be through a travel agent or website, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Even if someone knows where to fly from that is cheaper, ie. London Heathrow or Paris, just clutching the straws atm lol

Many Thanks!

I was flying to Bangkok regularly, i always used opodo.co.uk, got the price from there and then went to the airline selected to see what price they were offering, it was usually within a few pound, so no great difference.

What dates are you looking to fly also? thai new year time will see flight prices rise a bit.

Try some of the usual websites to get an idea on prices (travelocity.co.uk, kayak.co.uk etc.). I also would recommend to check prices out of Dublin. We were recently looking, and overall it seemed flight to BKK were a lot cheaper out of Dublin then out of London.

We booked online direclty with Scandinavian for June/July and paid 618 Euro incl. Taxes.

STA Travel - they do a lot of Gap Year stuff for students / recent graduates. Worth a call.

we booked SAS for August @ £565 PP from Birmingham.

SAS doesn't get great reviews ...Bit of a fading star by the sounds ..But excellent flight times.

    EDIT

Just checked ..up to £887 PP now ,so not such a bargain now

    Hello,

I always use westeasttravel.com to fly to Thailand. Click on their Flight Offers page. They always seem to have special deals.

I normally get a return flight on Thai Airways which includes free a domestic flight to any city in Thailand. Great Value!

But remember that this page doesn't show prices including tax. What really annoys me is that often tax works out more expensive that the actual cost of the ticket!

I really like Thai Airways, especially as they're part of the Star Alliance team so you can collect a lot of points!

But last time I flew with Finnair as they had a promotion on their website, check it out too.
:hello: Trying my best to money save! :j
