    Nice one YM :) I was AD'd earlier this month and its such a relief - similar thoughts to yourself with the year of br and how I felt about it. No IPA either - really pleased about that.

  • 1...Had a bonus of £500..Phoned and told them but they were not interested as it was a one off.

    did you tell the OR it was one off I have just been told I'm getting a bonus of £384 and they want it all

    Don't think i told them it was one off yearly bonus

    shall I question him and tell them its one of yearly bonus?

    Yeah I did say it was a one off and they were not interested. Might be worth mentioning that it is just a one off payment and you will not be getting this every month.

    One of the great mysterys/annoyances is the inconsitancys with OR's in different areas of the country.
