Hi all,
To give you the back ground, me and my wife have been in our current house for over 5 years, its tiny and we want to move. The problem is getting a high enough LTV. We in essence need 95% so we can afford fees and all the other costs. We have £15,000 to move with and are looking at family homes around £170,000.
Are any lender yet lending 95%?
It horrible feeling trapped, we are keen to start a family and we cant in our current 1 bedroom house.
I would appreciate any advice.
Thank you
