just got a call from skycard customer relations about a complaint i made about their statements. if any of you guys have one you'll know what i'm on about...if not basically their payment due date is written in rather small letters lost among all the bumf in the small print whereas there is a large date on the bottom of the statement which i discovered to my dismay (after a £25 late payment fee) is actually the date of your next balance.
now i've just had a lovely lady on the phone to say they are refunding my fee and passing n the feedback to their statement team to review the layout of their statements to prevent other customers having trouble. :j
i was really upset when i got the charge because despite struggling with the debts i've always managed to pay on time and was really proud that i'd never paid any of my bills late. now i'll know to double check all small print in future!
