  • They are lovely!

Basicially its oreos, and philadelphia mixed together and covered in melted chocolate

    Here's the recipe I use
    • 440 g Oreo Cookies,
    • 220 g soft philedelphia Cream Cheese
    • 450g Melted chocolate

    1. Crush 9 of the cookies to fine crumbs in food processor or bash with a rolling pin in a bag; reserve for later use. Crush remaining 36 cookies to fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
    2. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place on wax paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
    3. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
    And eat!
