bancruptcy and paypal

Hi all,
I went bankrupt on dec 08 and got released a year later.
the trouble i am having with paypal is that they have put a hold on my new account until I sort out issues with another account. A £300 debt, a debt that never should have been, but thats anouther story.
I got on the phone to them and explained my situation and told them that any money owed was filed in my BR application, and if they wanted i could post a copy of the BR letter and also offered my refference number, but they did not want to know, and was told unless i pay the debt my account will stay frozen forever.
That's not right, is it?

Who is the creditor?
IF it is ebay fees then they will get a debt collecter to get the money and freeze your account unti it's paid.0 -
Since this is a pre-BR debt, they are not allowed to chase you previous debts.
If they are holding your current funds on this basis they cannot do it, and notify the OR about a creditor hassling you.
PayPal can however refuse to give you an account if they do not wish to do business with you.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

who are the OR?
to make matters worse, i was selling a few items via a dropshipper. things where going well untill they restricted my account. they would not release any funds for me to pay my supplier, in addition i could not stop any of my auctions as there where bids on them, and people kept paying money into my account.0
