Valued Opinions - claim voucher, help!

Hi,
Have just managed to earn my first £10 voucher with Valued Opinions and was wondering if I choose tesco whether or not I can then use that towards days out. In other words can it be worth more than the £10 or must it be redeemed instore?

You will receive a £10 Giftcard in the post. You will be able to use it instore or towards your petrol purchase. You can also use it online. If you spend less than £10 the balance remains on the card until the next time you use it. It is not a clubcard voucher and cannot be used towards their 4x reward schemes.
