HIya
Just looking for any expertise you may have, mortgage is up for renewal in June. not sure whether to go tracker or fixed, tracker seems much better but dont want the interest rate to shoot up and us not be able to afford the mortgage - im a worrier, can you tell :rotfl:
By june mortgage should have about 200k remaining, on 20 years remaining at mo, were paying about 1500 a month and want to keep paying the same but hopefully knock some years off.
I emailed a broker to set up a meeting - no reply, good start
Thanks
