and i totally hate myself!
if i hadn't had a lightbulb before i would have now! twice i've had the chance to get myself sorted, once when i took out a loan to clear my cards etc. the second when i remortgaged and took out a little extra for home improvements. and yet the whole lot has been spent on nonsense. right now i feel so disappointed in myself, i've been so stupid

Self hate is self defeating.
What's done is done - no point in worrying about it - treat it as a learning experience and don't do it again. Think about why you did it and try to avoid that position in the future.
Look forward to july 07 (soon less than a year away).
Things are going down so that's good (1s 3lbs!!!!)
Good luck and don't be too hard on yourself.0 -
Move forward - don't look back. You are doing really well and just need to keep motivating yourself.0

I guess this would be very dificult to determine if you don't have copies of your own. Do you have any old statements you could cross check as samples?0
