payment for surveys accepted to shut bank account.....

Ive been doing some surveys for opinionbar and got to the £10 threshold to cashout.....upon doing so i remembered i hadnt updated my bank details to my new account...it was too late to stop the payment but we assumedd it would be refused as the account is now shut........ive found out today its been accepted and also it wasnt the first payment theyve accepted to this old account - on further investigation they now have took £90 over 14 months of this account being shut.......(i really must keep a better track on surveys and payments)....

im going to be phoning them tomorrow and having this out with them but, if they refuse to refund what are my rights please?

im repaying an overdraft with them but they have passed it over to robinsons way to collect as there was a total hash up in getting payments to them.....so - could i tell them to deduct the money off this if they refuse to refund or is this no longer theirs??

have just phoned them and they deny any payments have been made to a dormant closed account. They said i have to put it in writing with evidence so will see how i get on then.
