Business Loan Charges
Can anyone shed dome light here?? I have a business loan I want to pay off early but Lloyds won't do it without charging me £185 for admin. It's in the small print etc - does this fall under the same rules as unfair bank charges??
Also, they will not cancel the payment protection (outside the cool off period) is there any way of making them do this?? Thanks!!

they need to prove that this 185 is a liquidated loss, ie it costs them 185 to close the loan down. I suspect it costs them nowhere near this amount, as Im guessing that would be 2 days wages for a member of staff. and I doubt it would legitimately cost 185. But then thats just me.
Best to ask on https://www.consumeractiongroup.com/forum as I do know there have been pletny of people getting these sort of charges back in relation to mortgages.
However, you will have to pay it before you can sue them for it back. IYSWIM:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
