i just recieved my phone call from pepsi after having my phone glued to my hand ALL day:p, thankfully they also allowed me to put it in my mums name so no cheque changing charge:j(apparently they are based in warrington, i did joke i would go up and collect personally but she never took me seriously:( ) however i like you was excited because i had read that people had recieved their cheques inside a week, but the lovely girl on the end of the phone did say it would take UP TO 28 days to arrive booo
a quick google does give a national customer care number to call- 0845 792 5537, am sure they would help if neccessary-hth unfortunately the pepsico site doesnt list individual regional office numbers.

I was also getting worried mhollins till I read your post! I haven't received my cheque yet. I won 15 days ago (yes i'm counting! ) so maybe it will take 28 days to come.
