equifax free trial help how do i cancell

hi, i joined up with equifax for a free trial...can someone let me know how i now cancel it as i think they will be charging me every month now the trial is ended..thanks

    Their is an option in contact us. Click the email us link and pick from the drop down list of 'Cancel my account'. You fill in a form and email them, they usually get back to you within 48-72 hours informing you that your account has been cancelled.

    I had to contact them twice - it was only when I said I would report them to the financial ombudsman that they acknowledged my email and confirmed that they'd cancelled the account. There have been several threads on here about how akward they are when it comes to cancelling.
