Hi All,
This is going to sound like a really stupid question. But when would barclaycard sell on your debt to a DCA?
Like is it after you have missed so many payments?
Any help would be great.

I have put a link to the CCCS website. They usually follow a certain procedure but there is no set times. Barclays/ Barclaycard do have an internal collection agency called Mercers that they use. Have a read through the link and let me know if you have any questions.

Yep, They've done that to me even though I have told them I am sorting out a DMP with CCCS and given ref no's etc etc. Lovely..............0
