Canal Narrow Boat - Help with finance?

Hi All,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this - it doesn't really fit in any of the boxes!

Anyway, my partner and I are looking into purchasing a narrow boat to liveaboard.

We can raise £10,000 deposit on a £50,000 boat, so 20% there! However, most of the companies are only offering 75% loans.

Does anyone know anywhere I can try that will provide us with a 80% loan?

Rather specialist question so anyone that can help at all would be great!
