Oops - Starbucks - when free isn't free!!!

They were doing this brum city center on saturday, and at the start of the day there was a very watery one and the "better" one, and after you taste them they gave you for free the coupon and a few saches of the coffee to try at home, then later in the day the watery one suddenly changed to the ultra strong very bitter one, and you only got one sample sache and no cardboard with the coupon in. So hearing that theyre charging £1.20 for what they were freely handing out in town is ridiculous

they didnt give any sachets out in cwmbran but i did get three free coffees so cant complain

I completely got this wrong yesterday morning and took in a copy of the metro and pointed to the voucher, they said they werent rnning the taste test yet but would give me a free coffee anyway. I love my local starbucks

I went into the starbucks by my work on Friday and there was someone giving out sample coffees of the new VIA, no taste test or free coffees

aw i'm sorry some of you didn't get to try the new instant coffee, different stores have different ways of doing the promotion as i said in the above post, and i did go into quite a few starbucks stores and some do give sachet samples away 100% free, perhaps the busier ones where they don't have time to have someone standing around sampling.
