Eric bell ...guitar
phil lynott....sing and bass
Eric Wrixon.
Brian Downey

1973 Eric bell left and Gary Moore joined
1974 Gary Moore Left

Then 2 temps
Andy Gee
John Cann

These Joined....
Brian Robertson and
Scott Gorham

Gary Moore returned....when Brian Robertson injured hand
Robertson then rejoined and left

Robertson Rejoined the band..

1979...Gary Moore Left

Lynott brought in Midge Ure on temp basis to replace Gary Moore...

September 1979 Dave Flett Joined.....

1980 Snowy White Joined..

Gary moore rejoined again...Jeeeeeeeeeeez

Right I need Coffeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Now I'm totally confused but you have raised a good point. I had counted Lynott, Bell, Moore, Gee, Du Cann, Robertson, Gorham, Ure, Flett, White and Sykes but .............. I hadn't even thought about whether they had left and rejoined (I have a very simple mind:o!!!).

Don't know what to put really - wonder if its a trick (tricky) question!:)xx

Yeh AlfieBlue Very confusing...Especially Gary Moore not helping the situation...I love Rock Music but not 100% sure about Lizzy....Now if it was Gensis or Pink Floyd I'd be sailin along :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:


AlfieBlue...Sykes was in the band after 1983 as far as i can make out so he wouldnt be included.....More confusing now :rotfl::rotfl:

LOL!! I saw Genesis many many years ago (too many me thinks!!) at a gig at Kingston poly when they were just starting out. Excellent!!

I will be digging out the old vinyls tomorrow!:D:cool:
